History and Mission
Meet Lauren Stegmaier, L.Ac., founder of Satori Bay. Her profound personal journey of healing and transformation began with a waterfall accident in King's Canyon National Park in 2004. Injury and trauma led her on a path through nursing, massage therapy, yoga, mediation, and acupuncture to navigate the many facets of healing.
Personal practice and formal training honed Lauren’s knowledge and understanding of the dynamic functions of the human body. She became passionate and inspired to use her skills and intuitive sensitivity to identify and treat imbalances.
Through her dedication to inspire wellness, Lauren educates patients with tools to guide them on their wellness journeys. She sees wellness as the way to enjoy life as a grand adventure. Her services empower others to navigate their wellness journey beyond the treatment room so that practice potentiates optimal health and wellness.
